WE DON’T LIKE WEDDINGS…OH NO…..WE LOVE EM!!!!!

So as you can see I’m still bowled over about shooting this marvellous couples wedding…ok enough with the cricket puns already….

Prenith & Kerrie’s Swan Valley Wedding Ceremony took place in the place where Prenith did most of his growing up, Aquinas College surrounded by their loved ones and alive with culture and colour!!!

Whisked out to the Swan Valley in their classic Rolls Royce, where they were having their reception at Caversham House, they partied….partied hard LOL!!!!

You guys were such good sports for the day, Brydon and myself loved spending time with you, your families and your friends.

We wish you guys all the best for your future and look forward to seeing you at the studio…It’s safe to say that Prenith has “Bowled his Maiden Over”…yeah I went there!!!!

Christele and Jimmy’s Pemberton Wedding at Silkwood Winery

Christele and Jimmy’s wedding was a vibrant fun filled wedding full of laughter and joy. They are an absolutely beautiful couple and it was a pleasure to have been able to capture beautiful memories for them to treasure.

Theo & Inonge’s Colourful Wedding!! Joondalup Wedding at the Beach.

A day of great energy and colour, Theo & Inonge declared their love for each other on the 22nd of February in front of all their friends and family at  Sir James McCusker Park. Some making the journey all the way from Zambia.

Viva Photographer of the Year 2012

2013  kicked off in style at the recent red carpet event in Fremantle for the annual Viva Photographer of the Year Awards. Adam Levi Browne was awarded the overall top Photographer in the Viva Life Photography Franchise Group.

Hot on his heels was Runner – Up  Jessica Truscott and in Melbourne Tanaya Hardy took out the local competition to become the Melbourne Photographer of the Year.

The award celebrates consistent, high-level photography for clients that Viva honours everyday through the re-telling of their special stories. Congratulations to Adam Levi Browne, Tanaya Hardy and Jessica Truscott for their amazing work.

Adam, who was the Primary Photographer for Western Australia’s Midland Studio has since moved into a new position in Fremantle as the new Head of Photography, Operations and Training while Tanaya is currently the Primary Photographer at Melbourne’s Frankston Studio.

Jasmine’s beautiful nude solo portrait shoot at Viva Photography’s Frankston studio

These guys were a joy to photography, I should have been paying them. It was honestly an honor and a privilege to be part of their wedding day. The Italian and South African backgrounds made for a great cultural mix, we missed a storm that hit Perth, and the surroundings of Silkwood winery and Picardy estate were like something out of Tuscany. When Ron came to Viva Midland he was looking for more than a single portrait shoot, he was looking to share something special with his family. He wanted to share with them his new found confidence after his amazing transformation, his passion for music, his culture and give them something that they would cherish forever.

Julia Loves Luke – Wedding At Frasers in Kings Park

Even though the skies were grey, there was nothing but happiness and love flying around the homes of the McShane and the D’Alessandro families. Julia and Luke were married on the 13th of October 2012 at St Joeseph’s church in Subiaco.  The location images were created at His Majesty’s Theater in the Perth CBD which was followed by an amazingly styled reception at Frasers in Kings Park. It was a huge day, immensely fun, with such a great vibe and loads of character, it was fantastic to be a part of it.

Melissa’s Beautiful 36 Week Pregnancy Shoot

Melissa recently came to our Viva Midland studio to capture a beautiful nude pregnancy portrait

shoot with only weeks to go before she welcome her baby into the world.
She commented on what a wonderful experience this was and now she has captured this time and will treasure the images forever.
Melissa also mentioned this is the most comfortable she had ever felt with her body and it was important for her to have had this momentous occasion captured.
